At Auto Find History, we are committed to providing accurate and reliable vehicle history reports using data collected from trusted industry sources. Because our reports are digital products that are generated specifically for the VIN you provide, all purchases are generally considered final.
However, we are committed to resolving legitimate issues fairly and promptly.
📌 No Physical Returns
All products offered by Auto Find History are delivered electronically as digital vehicle history reports. Since no physical products are shipped, physical returns are not applicable.
💳 Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

Duplicate payment for the same vehicle history report.

A technical error prevents the report from being generated or delivered.

Your payment was successfully processed, but you did not receive your report.

The report is inaccessible or incomplete due to a verified system error.

An incorrect VIN was processed because of a system or technical error on our platform (not due to customer input).
Each refund request is reviewed individually by our support team.
❌ Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not available in the following situations:

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
Requests submitted after this period may not qualify for a refund.
